All deliveries require a signature. CJ Collection London will not be responsible for Non-Delivery if you request our courier to leave your delivery in a safe place without a signature or have the delivery made to an alternative address or neighbour. Due to the Covid19 pandemic most couriers are not taking signatures on delivery, please check your tracking updates for delivery time slots. GPS tracking will be noted at the time of delivery which is evidence of the courier being at your address on delivery.

Standard - 2-5 Working Days: £4.99

Express - 1-2 Days: £6.99 (Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. This service is not available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.)

Although we will aim to dispatch most orders for next day delivery, we ask that you allow between 1-5 days for receipt of goods. If you have not received your order within five days, please contact our customer services.

All orders received before 13.00pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched the same day subject to credit and security clearance. Orders received after 13.00pm or at weekends or public holidays, will be sent on the next working day.

If there is a problem with your order delaying us from dispatch, we will normally contact you within 24 hours of the order being received by us or on the next working day (subject to bank holidays). Please add us to your Address Book so our emails do not go to your Junk/Spam Box.

For security reasons, CJ Collection London may occasionally request proof of identity and address and may only be able to send orders to the billing address. If proof of identity is requested, we are unable to dispatch the order (or hold the goods) until this has been received.

Deliveries are normally made next working day unless being sent outside of the UK or subject to further security measures. All orders are sent via Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DHL or other secure courier service. Confirmation of dispatch will be sent via e-mail,  if delivery is made using Parcelforce you will be sent an email from them and a text message, if a mobile number was supplied, confirming delivery. If delivery is made using Royal Mail please contact our customer service for a tracking number.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is required. CJ Collection London will not accept liability for any changes made with our courier company to leave in a safe place, with a neighbour or an alternative address. Once signed for the item is considered as accepted and we will not be liable for any discrepancies, please check parcel is secure before signing.

We can deliver to most countries worldwide at a charge of £8.00 for Europe and £20.00 for all other countries. There may be an additional cost for heavy or large order, you will be notified once your order has been packed and it's weight and size has been determined. Delivery times may vary depending on location please contact us for any additional information by using the contact page details.

Please note that there may be additional custom charges on orders to some International destinations, if this is the case CJ Collection London  will not be responsible for these charges. Any additional tax, customs or import duties applied once your parcel reaches your country will be the your responsibility. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we advise that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order.

In the United Kingdom children's clothing is VAT free for sizes under 14 years.
